RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned new, unused and with all Souq Nashmi and designer garment tags still attached within 7 days of receiving your product. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply contact our customer care team info@souqnashmi.com to refund your item.

Late Returns

Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 7 days of receiving your order.There may be situations in which you were not able to return items within the 7 days, in such cases please email our Customer Care Team at info@souqnashmi.com or through the Contact Us page to file a complaint. Complaints are handled on case by case basis. However, all acceptable returns as per Consumer Protection Laws will honor the outlined duration.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

For the reason of product’s hygienic reasons and some product’s limitations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy
  • If there is a note mentioned that items cannot be returned.

– How we refund the item value?

 If the customer simply no longer wants the item and dint exceeds the 7 days return period , we will refund the item price by issuing a credit note valid for 6 months but not refund the shipping costs.
 In case of international shipping from UAE, We are currently not accepting any returns. keep watching our updates from time to time.

– Instructions to accept any refund request?

  • Customer didn’t exceeds the 7 days return policy.
  • Items which are sealed should remain as is, if it happen and customer open the sealed items in this case we don’t accept the return request.
  • Items not one of the products listed above (The Items that Cannot be Returned are).
  • Items original labels and stickers not removed.
